Annie practises in corporate/commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance and securities. She has extensive experience working with clients in the mining, energy, infrastructure, healthcare and technology sectors.
Annie advises public and private companies on cross-border M&A, venture projects and reorganizations, including pre-transaction restructurings, post-acquisition integrations and spin-offs.
In her securities law practice, Annie acts for public and private companies and private equity funds on private placements, debt offerings, rights offerings and capital reorganizations. She advises issuers on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and continuous disclosure obligations.
Annie has wide-ranging experience drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate/commercial agreements, including licensing, SaaS, supply, distribution, technology transfer and collaboration/co-development agreements.
