Annie advises public and private companies on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture projects and reorganizations, including pre-transaction restructurings, post-acquisition integrations and spin-offs. She has extensive experience working with clients in the mining, energy, infrastructure, health-care and technology sectors.
In her securities law practice, Annie acts for public and private companies and private equity funds on private placements, debt offerings, rights offerings and capital reorganizations. She advises issuers on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and continuous disclosure obligations.
Annie has a wide range of experience drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate/commercial agreements, including licensing, software as a service, supply, distribution, technology transfer and collaboration/co-development agreements.
Annie is fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
