MLT Aikins is pleased to welcome associate lawyer Myriam Hacault to the firm’s Winnipeg office.
Myriam has wide-ranging experience in corporate and commercial litigation disputes, acting for clients in a variety of industries. She has appeared before the Manitoba Court of King’s Bench, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, the Alberta Provincial Court and the Manitoba Labour Board.
Myriam obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, where she conducted research on the duty of care of health professionals during the Ebola pandemic and volunteered with the Women’s Legal Mentorship Program and the Ottawa Law Review.
