MLT Aikins is pleased to welcome Shanna Gu to the firm’s Vancouver office.
Shanna is a litigation lawyer representing clients facing a wide range of disputes. She regularly appears at all levels of Court in British Columbia and regulatory agencies including the BC Securities Commission.
Prior to joining the firm, Shanna practiced criminal defence where she honed her advocacy skills and gained a deepened understanding of procedural fairness. With a breadth of experience in areas such as fraud, securities litigation and cross-border disputes, she is well equipped to handle complex legal issues in her current practice.
Shanna is actively involved in the legal community. She is an elected board member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (British Columbia) Society and co-chairs its advocacy committee.
