MLT Aikins is pleased to welcome associate lawyer Spencer Gair to the firm’s Calgary office.
Spencer maintains a broad corporate/commercial practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions (public and private), corporate/commercial transactions, and securities. Spencer is called to the British Columbia bar and has experience assisting clients in a wide range of industries, including retail, mining, technology, professional services and life sciences.
Spencer obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria and his Bachelor of Science in life sciences from McGill University. At McGill, Spencer was a research assistant in the Pain Genetics Lab and volunteered with the Taylor Adolescent Program to mentor students with neurodevelopmental conditions and learning disabilities.
