Brian Catalano maintains a general litigation practice, assisting clients on a broad range of matters including questionings, applications and settlement negotiations. Brian obtained his Juris Doctor in 2019 and was called to the Bar of Alberta in 2020.

Vanessa Zuchetto returns to the firm as an associate lawyer with the firm’s corporate/commercial and taxation groups. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate, tax and estate planning issues. Vanessa summered and completed her articles with MLT Aikins and was called to the Bar of Alberta in 2020.
