Alan Lempert is an associate lawyer based out of the firm’s Winnipeg office with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
Alan practises in the area of corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions for corporate clients and start-ups. Alan has experience with large, mid and small market transactions, including cross-border deals. In addition, he advises on the implementation of structures for new investments, and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements.
Alan is fluent in Spanish.
