Amanda is a real estate paralegal based in the firm’s Regina office, experienced in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. She is well versed in the technical requirements of Saskatchewan Land Titles Registry and is capable of handling a wide variety of land-related transactions. Amanda is also a Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths in Saskatchewan.
Amanda has a wide-range of knowledge and experience of Saskatchewan residential and commercial real estate. She is well-versed in areas including lending, new home construction, condominium and subdivision/consolidation transactions. Her real estate background includes working for both private sector law firms and a public sector provincial government legal department.
She has worked in the legal field since 2009 and joined the firm in 2022, where she previously worked as a real property paralegal in a boutique real estate firm based in Vancouver, BC. In this role she handled a variety of corporate/commercial and real estate transactions including due diligence, document preparation, land titles and other registrations, loan transactions, leasing and strata project closings. She also has experience maintaining corporate records for both SK and BC companies.
