Angie is an associate lawyer in the firm's Vancouver office with a focus on banking and commercial lending and corporate/commercial law.

Angie acts as counsel for a wide range of financial institutions, public and private lenders and borrowers with respect to commercial financing transactions involving real estate and personal property. She also provides advice on corporate governance and the purchase and sale of businesses.

In addition, Angie represents corporate entities throughout the business acquisition process, including comprehensive support from a financing perspective.
