Chloe is real estate paralegal, experienced in the searching, submissions, procedures and preparation of land titles documentation with respect to all areas of law. Chloe has experience preparing documentation required by the lender, documentation to register transfer of ownership at the Saskatchewan Land Titles Registry, and corporate documents required to buy, sell, or mortgage lands. Additionally Chloe prepares documents required to set up condominiums and amend titles accordingly. She also reviews and prepares agreements of purchase and sale; title and corporate searches; diligence relating to the payment of the property taxes assessed and communication with the municipality regarding the change in ownership.
Chloe is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
