Laura is an associate based in the firm’s Saskatoon office with a focus on Aboriginal and Indigenous law.
Laura has experience in Aboriginal law, including matters related to Aboriginal and treaty rights, governance issues and other constitutional issues.
She has appeared before the Federal Court of Canada, the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench and the Saskatchewan Provincial Court.
Laura obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2019. She also completed a Certification de common law en français through the University of Ottawa, which required that she complete one third of her degree in French. During law school Laura conducted research in Aboriginal administrative law and competed in the Bastarache Language Rights Moot. She was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2020.
Laura is actively involved in the Irish dance and Irish music community in Saskatoon.
