Nancy is an experienced commercial lending paralegal based out of the Edmonton office.
Nancy has more than 15 years of experience in commercial banking and handles a variety of commercial lending transactions including performing due diligence searches, preparing due diligence reports, drafting and reviewing documents for lending and refinancing, and registering security with the Alberta Personal Property Registry.
Prior to joining MLT Aikins, Nancy worked in the legal industry for more than 35 years and has gained a variety of experience working in law firms and the legal departments of oil and gas companies.
