Sydni is an associate in the firm’s Calgary office who focuses her practice on commercial litigation.
Sydni has wide-ranging experience in commercial litigation, including disputes relating to professional liability, insurance defence, construction litigation and medical negligence. She has helped clients reach confidential settlements by seeking restricted access orders.
Sydni has appeared before the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and the Provincial Court and has assisted with appeals before the Alberta Court of Appeal. Prior to entering law, she obtained a Master of Business Administration from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary.
