Toni is a paralegal who focuses on two main areas: the estate planning process ranging from simple situations to specific needs, extensive net worth and succession planning; and the administration of estates ranging from easy distribution to complicated and diverse.
Toni has extensive experience in the wills and estates area of law, having been in the paralegal role in this area since 2004. Toni’s main experience is with drafting wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives (living will) and supporting documents required for estate planning, as well as drafting the court applications required for estate administration and the assistance with distribution of estates. As part of the estate planning/estate administration aspect, Toni has experience with land titles submissions and corporate documents involving death.
