Tye assists employers and management with a variety of labour and employment issues as well as representing clients before all manner of courts, arbitrators and tribunals.
Prior to joining MLT Aikins, Tye completed his JD at the University of Saskatchewan, a Master of Political Management from Carleton University and a BA with high honours in political studies from the University of Saskatchewan.
Tye also worked full-time in politics and government, federally and provincially while earning his undergraduate and graduate degrees.
