Josef maintains a labour and employment practice, regularly advising employers on a broad range of workplace matters including employee discipline, terminations, compliance of employment standards, and human rights issues.
Josef graduated law school in 2024 with distinction, receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan. While attending law school, he participated in the Jessup Moot, helping to win his team an award for outstanding applicant memorial.
Prior to entering law school, he completed a Bachelor of Arts in criminology from Toronto Metropolitan University. He also worked as an analyst for two years in a large financial institution’s anti-money laundering department.
