As part of the firm’s Technology, Intellectual Property (IP) and Privacy group, Aaron focuses his practice on commercial agreements and providing strategic advice to emerging and high-growth companies with respect to the commercialization and protection of their physical and digital products and implicated technology, data (and related artificial intelligence systems and models) and IP assets.

Leveraging his previous experience acting globally for a large public company and its many subsidiaries, particularly in the contexts of supply chain agreements, strategic partnerships, joint ventures and IP protection, management and licensing, Aaron also works with clients to prevent, identify and mitigate risks with respect to these assets across internal business units, related companies and in business relationships with third parties.

In addition to his broader provision of legal services, as a trademark agent specifically, Aaron assists clients with domestic and international strategy, protection, assignment and licensing of for individual or portfolios of trademarks, including the strategic implementation and protection of house marks and product line sub-branding.
