Matt has experience in all aspects of real estate including buying and selling homes and has completed transactions involving the purchase/resale of residential properties, new builds, private lender financing, agricultural land purchases and sales, commercial financings and lender-side real estate foreclosure. As Vice President of the Wildwood Village Condominium Corporation Board of Directors, Matt is currently responsible for the advancement of multiple large-scale capital projects. He strives to ensure that clients’ needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Outside of the office, Matt is an active member of the billiards league.
