Sophie Cannon and Jamie Eguia called to the British Columbia Bar

Sophie is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a focus on insolvency and restructuring. During law school, Sophie volunteered at the Women’s Law Forum in Edmonton, where she acted on several committees, including the Sexual Assault Awareness Committee. She is trained in trauma-informed practices.

Jamie is a member of the firm’s corporate finance and securities group. His practice is primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate/commercial transactions. He advises private and public companies across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on the technology and natural resource sectors.
