Christine is an associate lawyer in the firm’s Trusts, Estates and Legacy Planning group in Vancouver and Edmonton. Her practice focuses on estate and trust planning, estate administration and wealth preservation.

Christine advises individuals, families and business owners on a wide range of matters, including business succession, incapacity planning, multi-generational transitions and cross-border estate planning. She regularly advises high-net-worth individuals and their family offices.

Christine drafts comprehensive estate plans, including wills, multiple and multijurisdictional wills, inter vivos and testamentary trusts.

Her practice also includes estate and trust administration, where she guides executors, trustees and beneficiaries through probate and related processes. Christine has experience in estate litigation, including family maintenance and support (FMS) claims, contested trusteeship applications, will challenges and disputes involving powers of attorney and joint accounts.

Christine has a background in corporate law, real estate and civil litigation, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the legal issues that intersect with estate planning.

She is a member of the Law Societies of Alberta and British Columbia and holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation from STEP Canada. She is an active member of the Estate Planning Council of Canada and the Estate Planning Council of Vancouver.

She regularly contributes thought leadership in the field, authoring articles and presenting on estate and succession planning topics.

Christine brings a collaborative, client-focused mindset to her work and is committed to helping clients navigate life’s transitions with clarity and confidence.
