Melissa Fauser

Melissa has nearly 20 years of experience across multiple practice areas. She is proficient at preparing a wide range of legal documents across commercial, cooperative, banking, real estate and corporate law. She has completed complex real estate and financial transactions, refinancings, due diligence summaries, title insurance orders, wire transfers and document registration. She has also assisted with an adoption application, along with some litigation and estate matters.

Melissa is a Commissioner for Oaths in and for Alberta, APPRES ROL accredited and has completed her CORES Level I.
