MLT Aikins is pleased to announce that labour and employment lawyer Kritika Sharma will be joining the firm’s Calgary office.
Kritika represents clients at both provincial and federal levels across a wide range of areas, including employment standards, terminations, unjust dismissals, workplace policies, employment contracts and human rights issues. In her practice, she adeptly navigates court proceedings, Alberta Labour Relations Board matters and engagements with the Canadian Human Rights Commission as well as negotiating settlements, contributing to public bulletins and playing a pivotal role in recruitment and training initiatives.
Kritika earned her JD from the University of Alberta in 2019 and, prior to law school, received a Bachelor of Health Sciences, Health and Society with honours from the University of Calgary.
