Dan’s practice focuses on capital markets, private equity and complex transactional matters, including investment-grade and high-yield debt offerings, equity offerings, liability management transactions, mergers and acquisitions, project financings and joint ventures, primarily in the energy, infrastructure and communications sectors. In addition to his transactional work, Dan routinely advises on ongoing governance and continuous disclosure matters.
