Dan Cerchia
Dan’s practice focuses on capital markets, private equity and complex transactional matters, including investment-grade and high-yield debt offerings, equity offerings, liability management transactions, mergers and acquisitions, project financings and joint ventures, primarily in the energy, infrastructure and communications sectors. In addition to his transactional work, Dan routinely advises on ongoing governance and continuous disclosure matters. His practice is informed by international experience at a London-based Magic Circle firm where he focused on leveraged finance, including complex financial and corporate restructurings and related refinancings and recapitalizations. His experience is complemented by in-house secondments with major telecommunications and utilities companies.

Andrew Kuzma
Andrew is a corporate and commercial lawyer with more than 13 years of experience advising public companies, private equity sponsors, financial institutions and multinational businesses on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Having practised in both Canada and Bermuda, he brings an international perspective to banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities and strategic commercial matters.
