Lawyer Kaelyn Macaulay joins MLT Aikins in Calgary

MLT Aikins is pleased to announce that Kaelyn Macaulay has joined the firm’s Calgary office as an associate lawyer.

Kaelyn maintains a corporate and commercial practice focusing on banking and commercial lending. She regularly represents financial institutions and corporate borrowers in syndicated, bilateral, and project finance transactions with inter-jurisdictional elements. She is also experienced in drafting loan agreements, security documents, authorizing resolutions and direct acknowledgements for First Nation communities and Indigenous-owned partnerships.
