Jatinder Singh Gill

Jatinder maintains a broad financial services practice in the areas of banking and commercial lending. He has experience representing lenders (banks, credit unions, and financial institutions) and borrowers in connection with a wide range of financing transactions including debt financing, acquisition financing, project financing, and asset-based lending.

In addition to his banking and finance practice, he also advises clients on corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial leasing and other general corporate and commercial matters.

Jatinder was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2023 after earning his Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University in 2022. While in law school, he co-founded and served as the Co-President of the TRU Business Law Society, was elected to serve as Vice-President of Fundraising for the TRU Society of Law Students, was a member of the TRU Bowman National Tax Moot team and was an Editor on the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law. Prior to starting law school, he received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in 2018.
