Glenda Johal

Glenda is an experienced litigation paralegal and firm case manager with a focus on litigation support, eDiscovery and document-intensive matters. A Canadian Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS), she provides strategic support throughout the litigation lifecycle, from document collection and review through production, trial preparation and enforcement proceedings. She assists lawyers and clients in developing practical and defensible approaches to managing complex litigation data and electronic evidence.

Glenda is actively involved in the development of eDiscovery workflows, best practices and litigation support resources. She provides training and ongoing support to lawyers and case managers on eDiscovery processes, document review methodologies and litigation technology platforms, helping legal teams manage document-intensive matters efficiently and cost-effectively.

Her experience includes document review and productions, preparation of Affidavits of Records, transcript and undertaking management, trial preparation, judgment enforcement and the use of litigation technology to support all stages of the litigation process. She also assists with the implementation and administration of litigation technology platforms and collaborates with legal teams to improve litigation workflows and document management practices.
