Base salary: $145,000–$185,000 Compensation based on skills and experience

Our established labour and employment practice in Vancouver is searching for an energetic, motivated and client-focused lawyer to join our team.

Candidates should have three to five years of experience in several areas of labour and employment law (in both provincial and federal spheres). This includes employee discipline and termination, wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, human rights and the duty to accommodate, employment contract drafting and policy development, arbitrations, Labour Relations Board matters, occupational health and safety, and privacy. The ideal candidate has experience providing day-to-day advising to assist employers to navigate the legal and practical business issues that arise in these areas in a timely way.
