We are looking for an associate lawyer with a minimum of two years of relevant experience to join our thriving litigation practice and be based in our Edmonton office. The litigation group advises clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, including:

  • Partnership and shareholder disputes
  • Defamation matters
  • Commercial contract disputes
  • Real estate and construction disputes
  • Estate litigation
  • Securities litigation
  • Insurance coverage disputes
  • Regulatory matters

Our lawyers routinely appear before all levels of court, arbitration tribunals and regulatory agencies in Alberta and other jurisdictions.

 Qualifications include:

  • A minimum of two years of relevant litigation experience
  • Strong work ethic and strong professional and academic credentials.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and client service skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with excellent problem solving skills
