Andrew Boumford

Andrew has significant experience in general corporate litigation involving contested corporate transactions, shareholder and stakeholder disputes involving private corporations, as well as directors’ and officers’ liability. Andrew’s commercial litigation practice includes contract, lease and franchise disputes. His civil litigation practice involves professional malpractice defence and insurance matters.

Andrew has appeared before all levels of Court in the province of Manitoba, as well as the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Federal Court of Canada. He has appeared before various administrative tribunals and quasi-judicial boards.
