Cassandra’s current work spans multiple practice areas, including insurance defence, personal injury, privacy, insolvency, enforcement, regulatory matters and labour and employment law. She has experience supporting a wide range of proceedings, such as civil and class actions, arbitrations, mediation, judicial reviews, constitutional challenges, regulatory appeals and various applications.
Her work includes:
