Catrina advises clients on contract disputes, regulatory issues and corporate litigation, and has experience in Indigenous, civil, estate and family litigation. In her litigation practice, she regularly assists both individuals and businesses as they navigate complex legal disputes. Catrina has represented a diverse range of clients, including shareholders, corporate directors and financial institutions, in cases before the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal and the Federal Court.
Catrina was called to the Alberta Bar in 2024 and the British Columbia Bar in 2023. She earned her JD from the University of Calgary in 2022, where she was also a member of the varsity women’s rugby team. Prior to law school, she worked as a legal assistant at a national firm and obtained her bachelor’s degree from Carleton University, where she also competed on the varsity women’s rugby team.
