Kayla supports clients across various industries on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Her practice includes advising on share and asset transactions, amalgamations, limited partnerships, joint ventures and land development.

She also advises Indigenous clients on a variety of matters related to corporate structuring and governance, including economic development, development on First Nation Lands and law and policy development.

Kayla earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2024 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with distinction) from the University of Calgary.
