As a commercial lawyer in the firm’s Edmonton office, Rob regularly acts on acquisitions, dispositions and financing of retail, office, industrial, apartment and mixed-use properties as well as represents both landlords and tenants in leasing matters. He also has extensive experience in residential real estate and new home construction. Rob’s lending and secured financing work includes acting for financial institutions and private lenders in structuring, documenting and completing loan transactions across Western Canada.
In addition to real estate and lending, Rob advises clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including incorporations, reorganizations, shareholder agreements and the purchase and sale of businesses. His approach emphasizes efficiency, risk management and achieving the client’s objectives with clear and practical advice.
Rob is known for being responsive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused, with a strong understanding of the business realities that drive each transaction.
