Tobey received his JD from the University of Manitoba in 2025.
Prior to law school, Tobey earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba in 2022.
He also received his Diploma in Canadian Immigration Law, Policy and Procedures in 2017, and practiced immigration consulting for over four years before beginning his legal journey.
