MLT Aikins is pleased to welcome associate lawyer Arjun Sodhi to the firm’s Vancouver office.
Arjun maintains a broad corporate and commercial practice that focuses on corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions transactions from inception to closing and capital markets transactions. He routinely advises on corporate governance, disclosure obligations and transactions to boards of directors, executive teams and other commercial clients.
Arjun was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2025 and received his Juris Doctor from Queen’s University in 2022. He also earned a Certificate in International Business Law from the Bader International Study Centre in 2022. Prior to entering law school, he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with honours from the University of British Columbia in 2018.
