About Chris Nyberg 

Chris’s practice focuses on complex commercial matters in regulated industries both inside and outside of insolvency. He has significant experience with all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and regulatory strategies for companies in agribusiness, healthcare, cannabis and other regulated industries.  

He has worked for one of Canada’s largest producers of cannabis and has taught cannabis law at two Canadian universities.
