We’re pleased to announce that Tyler Fidler will be joining the firm as an associate, based in our Calgary office.
Tyler is an experienced corporate lawyer who supports clients in various industries on a broad range of commercial matters. His practice focuses on advising clients with respect to share and asset purchase and sale transactions, corporate structuring, commercial contracts, corporate governance and capital raises. He also supports Indigenous clients in connection with business acquisitions and dispositions, limited partnerships and joint ventures, organizational structuring, corporate governance and negotiating agreements with industry partners.
Tyler was called to the Alberta Bar in 2021 after receiving his JD with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2020. Prior to law school, he earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary.
