Winnipeg lawyer John Martens will discuss notable decisions in recent civil litigation cases across Canada at an upcoming webinar hosted by the Canadian Bar Association (CBA).
On May 19, John will be one of four panellists at the CBA’s 5th Annual Update – Key Civil Litigation Cases Across Canada. The panel will discuss recent and significant civil litigation, including CBC v Manitoba, 2021 SCC 33, in which MLT Aikins successfully represented the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
The CBA represents 36,000 lawyers, judges, notaries, law teachers and law students across Canada, and regularly hosts webinars and other events to discuss the latest developments in the legal profession.
