MLT Aikins is pleased to welcome associate lawyer Bailey Russell to the firm’s Calgary office. She will focus her practice on labour and employment law.
Bailey graduated from the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Law in 2023. She began her law career in Calgary where she articled for an international law firm and then became an associate focusing on insolvency and bankruptcy law. Bailey has now transitioned into a full-time practice in labour and employment law with MLT Aikins in Calgary.
Bailey provides strategic legal counsel on a wide range of workplace matters, including employment standards, occupational health and safety, and human rights law. She also oversees privacy issues, personnel policies, and all kinds of wrongful dismissal and constructive dismissal claims. Her approach combines a deep understanding of the legal landscape with a commitment to delivering practical, results-driven solutions from an employer perspective.
