MLT Aikins gives $10,000 to children’s charities in support of CN-Canadiens alumni hockey game

MLT Aikins is proud to once again donate $10,000 to the annual CN-Canadiens Alumni Challenge, a fundraiser organized by the CN Employees’ and Pensioners’ Community Fund that raises money for Canadian and U.S. children’s charities. This year’s game will be at the CN Sports Complex in Brossard, Quebec on Saturday, November 22.
The CN Employees’ and Pensioners’ Community Fund has planned and organized fundraising activities and annual campaigns in support of many registered Canadian charities for over 56 years. The Community Fund, run by CN employees and pensioners acting on behalf of their colleagues, gives every dollar donated directly to the designated charities.
One of the largest and most successful funds of its kind in Canada, the Community Fund expanded to the United States in 2022, giving employees in the U.S. opportunities to get involved and help their communities. Over the past 10 years, the Community Fund has raised $19.9 million, supporting over 600 charities focusing on humanitarian aid, child support, health research and community well-being.
MLT Aikins has deep roots in Western Canada and a legacy of community involvement. We are committed to making the communities in which we live and work better places for all.
