Sarah has experience advising clients with respect to asset and share sales and has also acted for clients in connection with corporate reorganizations, public offerings and private placements.
Marisa is an associate in the litigation group, focusing on commercial, corporate, estate and trust matters. She has successfully represented clients at the B.C. Supreme Court and B.C. Court of Appeal.
