MLT Aikins is pleased to welcome associate lawyer Carly Toronchuk to the firm’s Edmonton office.
Carly has wide-ranging experience in various types of litigation, including civil proceedings, foreclosures, bankruptcy and insolvency, builders’ litigation, corporate litigation and estate litigation. She has appeared before the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of Appeal of Alberta.
Carly currently acts as co-chair of the Canadian Bar Association Young Lawyers North section and sits on the board of the Cloverdale Community League. Before entering law, she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta Business School.
