MLT Aikins Welcomes 4 New Associates in Edmonton

MLT Aikins is pleased to welcome four new associates to the firm’s Edmonton office.

Sarah Offredi has broad experience and skill in litigation and arbitration, including shareholder disputes, class action certification, PIDA complaints and fraudulent conveyance. She has assisted clients with litigation matters ranging from construction disputes to wills and estates to criminal charges. Sarah is a committed advocate who provides exceptional client service.

Corinna Steffen has wide-ranging experience in civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, appeal briefs and factums, settlement proposals and mediation briefs. She regularly attends mediations, discoveries and court applications, and takes pride in building strong relationships with clients.

Tunahan Uygun also joins Edmonton’s litigation team. Tunahan previously worked as a criminal defence lawyer, making docket court appearances and running bail hearings, sentencings, trials and appeals. His experience includes conducting trials and sentencings, writing briefs and factums and managing relationships with clients.

Steven Warawa focuses his practice on wills and estates law. He regularly advises clients on their estate-planning needs, helping them develop tax-efficient succession plans. Steven also has experience in various corporate/commercial matters, including share and asset transactions, as well as residential and commercial real estate transactions.
