Alanna is a corporate/commercial lawyer with experience in mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and corporate governance matters.
Alanna regularly assists clients in a variety of industries with commercial transactions, including share purchases and asset purchases, as well as the formation of partnerships. Alanna also advises clients on M&A transactions and related financing, tax planning and corporate reorganizations.
Prior to entering law, Alanna earned a Bachelor of Commerce with great distinction from the University of Saskatchewan, and worked in a variety of roles focusing on corporate finance and accounting. She draws on this experience to provide practical solutions and advice to clients.
