Allison is a commercial real estate and banking lawyer with the firm’s Edmonton office.

Allison practises primarily in banking and real estate law, with a particular focus on acquisitions and sales of business, real estate and commercial leasing and financing for borrowers and lenders. She represents local, national and international real estate developers, banking and institutional clients, as well as relocation companies.

Allison advises on a broad range of real estate transactions. Her diverse practices focuses on all aspects of real estate, including the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenanted complexes, industrial and agricultural properties as well as commercial real estate financing and leasing.

In her banking practice, Allison represents both borrowers and lenders, who benefit from her extensive knowledge and experience in structuring, negotiating and preparing financial agreements and security in routine and complex financing arrangements including cross border syndicated transactions. She has acted for some of the country’s most prestigious financial institutions, insurance companies, pension funds, government bodies and private lenders.

Throughout her career, Allison has developed and nurtured strong relations with her clients, who continue to rely on her practical, common-sense approach and responsiveness through every stage of their projects.
