Andrew carries on a civil, corporate and commercial litigation practice, with a focus on corporate oppression claims, shareholder disputes and professional malpractice defence.
Andrew has significant experience in general corporate litigation involving contested corporate transactions, shareholder and stakeholder disputes involving private corporations, as well as directors’ and officers’ liability. Andrew’s commercial litigation practice includes contract and lease disputes. His civil litigation practice involves professional malpractice defence.
Andrew has appeared before all levels of Court in the province of Manitoba, as well as the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Federal Court of Canada. He has appeared before various different administrative tribunals and quasi-judicial boards.
Andrew currently serves as the President of the Winnipeg Squash Racquet Club.
