Dawn is a real estate paralegal experienced in both commercial and residential real estate transactions. She is well versed in the technical requirements of Saskatchewan’s Land Titles Registry and is capable of handling a wide variety of land-related transactions.
Dawn focuses on commercial and residential real estate and personal property registry registrations, including conducting all due diligence searches, preparing various land titles and closing documents, and preparing financing statements and coordinating registrations in the Personal Property Registry. She brings a unique perspective and skill set to the MLT Aikins real estate team.
