Dexter advises and works with Indigenous communities and organizations on matters including Indigenous and treaty rights, constitutions, membership codes, election laws, governance issues and a variety of litigation disputes. He is a litigator who also has experience assisting on matters involving complex commercial disputes.

Dexter obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2022. He returned to the Regina office as an articling student after summering with the firm in 2020 and 2021. Prior to entering law school, Dexter studied cognitive science at York University in Toronto. During his education, he played hockey for York University and various senior teams in Saskatchewan.
