Emma has more than 10 years of experience working in corporate law with a focus on tax-related reorganizations. She has experience with various corporate transactions including share sales, redemptions, capital dividends, incorporations, share capital amendments, amalgamations, restorations and dissolutions. Emma also has experience working with federal corporations, limited partnerships and business names. She provides assistance to clients and lawyers with maintaining minute books and conducting online filings with the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry and Corporations Canada.
